PUZL is designed to be simple, safe, and respectful of user privacy.

Information We Collect

PUZL does not require you to create an account and does not ask for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

However, the app may use third-party services that may collect limited, non-personal information automatically, including:

• Device type and operating system
• General usage data (e.g., app interactions, crash reports)
• Advertising identifiers (if ads are enabled)
• Purchase verification data (if you make an in-app purchase or subscribe to PUZL Pro)

This information is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the app experience.

Third-Party Services

PUZL uses the following third-party services:

• AdMob (Google) - For serving advertisements. See Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase (Google) - For analytics and crash reporting. See Firebase Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat - For subscription management. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy

Local Image Processing

Images uploaded or generated within PUZL are processed and stored locally on your device by default. Bell Studios does not access, review, or store these images on its own servers unless explicitly required for a specific feature.

Advertising

PUZL may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These providers may collect and use limited device information to serve ads.

PUZL does not knowingly collect or store personal data and does not sell user data.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

PUZL offers optional in-app purchases, including a subscription service (PUZL Pro). When you make a purchase:

• Payment Processing: All transactions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Bell Studios does not store or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).
• Purchase Records: We use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to verify and manage your subscription status. RevenueCat may collect:
  • Anonymous purchase receipts
  • Device identifiers (to link purchases to your device)
  • Subscription status and renewal dates
• No Personal Data: We do not collect names, emails, or personal information as part of the purchase process unless you voluntarily provide it for customer support.
• Data Retention: Purchase verification data is retained by RevenueCat according to their privacy policy: RevenueCat Privacy Policy

PUZL Pro Subscription

PUZL Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription that provides:

• Unlimited premium AI image generation
• Ad-free experience
• Access to Google Imagen 4 model

Children’s Privacy

PUZL is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect user information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Revoke Consent (For European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland and wish to revoke your consent for personalized advertising:

1. Open PUZL app
2. Go to Settings → Privacy Settings
3. Toggle "Personalized Ads" off
